About Turner Consulting, LLC

Our firm’s President is Stan Turner. Stan has over 30 years in the engineering and construction industry. His experience includes assignments in Nuclear, Fossil, simple and combined cycle generation as well as air quality control systems and balance of plant projects. He has extensive transmission and distribution experience as well a strong background in telecommunication construction and management. He has held positions in operations, training, sales, human resources, and estimating from project manager to President and chief operating officer. In his 30 plus years of experience Stan has been privileged to work for some of the largest and most respected firms in the engineering and construction industry.

Stan is an exceptional teacher and coach and exemplifies the leadership traits he learned while serving in the US military. His integrity and values are traditional and apply in all that we do at Turner Consulting, LLC.

He has developed several programs which are nationally recognized as ground breaking in their approach to business relationship building and business ethics. Additionally he has helped many smaller firms structure their firms for growth by affording them access to practices used by the most professional firms in the industry.

Stan has been a trusted advisor to many privately held companies across the country assisting them in organizing for growth and in some cases for divestiture. His experience has made him a valued partner to several family owned businesses looking to plan for the future.

Stan has extensive, relevant experience at double breasting and maintaining a union free workplace. His on-site consulting regarding the EFCA has reduced a complex issue to carefully directed steps that an employer should be taking to maintain his own union free workplace.
